Common questions
The mic isn't working
Open your device's system settings → Privacy → Microphone, and make sure your browser or the ChatSensei app is allowed to use the microphone. Then reload the page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Manage subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all conversations tied to it.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Export my data. We'll download a JSON file with everything tied to your account.
